SkyBlue a recruitment business specialises in the provision of temporary and permanent staff for the rail, road, construction utilities, M&E, civil engineering, business services and facilities management markets. We tackle skills shortages for a wide range of clients, recruiting from the UK and overseas labour markets to ensure that we have the right people to meet all our clients' recruitment needs. Qualifications
Working knowledge of one functional area through job experience & training
Likely to have 2-5 years business experience, be a minimum part-qualified professional, and have a Certificate Level of Qualification as a minimum.
Main Responsibilities
-To proactively maintain and increase the number of candidates / associates placed within new and existing clients, through the provision of a quality recruitment service to both the client and candidate.
-Ensure that all candidates placed comply with all UK and European Employment legislation and fully conform with our IMS process and procedures regarding interview, referees and required documentation.
-Ensure all Health & Safety requirements are met.
-All candidate and client records must be maintained with all conversations and correspondences logged, any issues raised must be dealt with quickly and professionally with all actions recorded.
-Clients and candidates must be proactively marketed to increase our market share, this will entail both telephone canvassing and client visits.
-Ensure all contracts for the confirmation of charge rates, placement fees and payment terms are confirmed with the client.
-Undertake site safety tours
-All information contained within a candidate's record should be verified before being forwarded in a professional standard format to the client.
-All client job descriptions must be clear and factual to enable the role to be presented professionally to the candidate / associate.
-Throughout the life cycle of the recruitment process, there must be clear communication to identify and overcome any issues or objections from either party, which may affect the successful continuation of a temporary or permanent placement

Be proactively marketed to both existing and new clients, to ensure branch and company sales budgets are achieved and exceeded.
The job holder is subject to managerial control and the job is generally subject to practices and procedures that have clear precedents, or are covered by closely defined policies. The Job Holder will certainly possess some specialised skills that may have been gained through 'on the job' experience. The Job Holder's performance will have either a minimal impact on plc performance, or a very small impact on Business Group performance.
The role is client facing, where exceptional customer service skills are required to understand the client recruitment needs whether temporary, contract or permanent workers and to provide the solution which meets all European and UK Employment Regulations.
