Learning & Development Manager / Coordinator

Learning & Development Manager / Coordinator (FTC 3 - 6 Months)
Location: Tavistock Square, WC1H
Pay Rate: 400 per day

SkyBlue are currently recruiting for a Learning & Development Manager / Coordinator to develop an Learning & Development Strategy on behalf of Gov Facility Services Ltd.

As part of this role your duties will include but won't be limited to:
•Establish the workforce capabilities, skills and competence against job roles/mandatory training
•Prioritise business needs and align business, HR and Learning Strategies
•Analyse L&D needs - Identify what mandatory training requirements are
•Identify what other development is required to develop capability
•Conduct a Training Needs Analysis
•Develop Strategies for addressing GFSLs L&D needs
•Develop roles and responsibilities and up-skilling/communications to inform the business of process and procedure
•Develop and infrastructure and process for accessing L&D including approvals process (in conjunction with wider HR and Finance)
•Engage with Performance Policy Lead to help develop a PM infrastructure
•Develop a process for evaluating the value added of L&D

Please note this role is a Fixed Term Contract for approx. 3 - 6 months.

Due to the nature of the contract, it is expected that you will require to through a DBS prior to starting.
