Help Desk Operator


Carillion Facilities are currently seeking an organised & Approachable individual to join our team at the Queen Alexandra Hospital in Gosport.

The role will include duties such as

Arranging Appointments over the phone
Assisting with Queries from the Public
Answering any Queries over the Phone
Arranging Transportation across the Hospital

Whilst carrying out these duties we ask that applicants are suitable to be public facing by displaying good character with Patients & attendees of the Hospital.

We do not request any Certifications all we request is good interpersonal skills and the ability to be organised and show compassion.
