Moves and Changes Manager
Location: - Windsor, Berkshire
Contract Length: - minimum 3 months (up to July 2017)
Rates: - 150 - 200/day.
Start Date: ASAP

Role Description
A Move and Change Manager is required to work for Carillion Services. The role would require the management of people move and change projects relating to the growth that arises from recruiting additional staff.

Key Objectives of the Role:
•The candidate would need to hold strong customer facing skills as they will be required to liaise with senior client-side stakeholders to collate requirements and pull together the scope of works required in order for the people move/change to take place.
•Ability to engage with subcontractors and in-house teams to scope and quote the necessary IT, electrical, telephony and associated furniture works.
•They would work closely alongside Business Moves Group (BMG) who are the preferred specialist moves contractor. The candidate would also need to be trained in the use of CAD.
•Ideally we would be looking for someone with previous experience but we would consider a Junior/Assistant Project Manager with strong project co-ordination and stakeholder management skills.
•Other key requirements of the role:
•Lead and manage the full relocation project including finances
•Manage the fit-out design and specification of the new area including IT, telephony fabric alterations
•Planning an effective and seamless running of the move through to handover
•Running & managing project steering groups
•Identify and manage project risks effectively and ensure governance arrangements are in place
•Ensure key documentation (O&M, FM, building management operations Manual, etc.) are produced
•Project budgetary accountability

Required Experience
You must have previous experience in this field, ideally there would be a history of successful programme delivery with large blue chip clients. Candidate must also have experience in CAD.
