A Project Manager is required to work on minor works project on behalf of Carillion Services. Carillion deliver FM and capital Projects to the Home Office estate across London and the South East.
You will be site based out and be responsible for the following:
•Leading the pre-construction and construction activity relating to minor works on behalf of the Home Office across London and the South. Type of work involved includes, but not limited to;
o Moves and changes programmes
o Churn related works
o Minor fit-out / refurbishment
o Mechanical and electrical installations
•Safe delivery in accordance with Carillion standards, Sequencing of trades, lead daily coordination meetings to meet programme requirements
•Provide day-to-day management in accordance with good project management principles
•Act as a key point of contact for the client and project stakeholders. Must be able to build and develop professional relationships
•Provide progress reporting to the client and other key stakeholders
•Management of supply chain
•Implementation of on-site health, safety and quality management processes
You must have significant experience as a Project Manager from a building background with refurbishment and fit out experience.
Candidate must hold current CSCS, SSSTS / SMSTS and First Aid qualifications.
Candidate with CTC or SC clearance is preferred, there is a minimum requirement for a DBS.
