Location: - Swindon
Contract Length: - minimum 3 months (temp – Perm)
Rates: - 30,000 - 38,000/annum
Start Date: ASAP

Role Description
A Facilities Manager is required to manage several buildings on behalf of Carillion Facilities Management. You will be based in Swindon and be responsible for the management of both hard and soft services for 7 schools (4 Campuses and 3 Satellite schools).

Required Experience:
•Experience in both hard and soft service management covering electrical and mechanical aspects of the buildings
•Day to day management of onsite engineers and specialist subcontractors (ground maintenance, building maintenance, waste management, school premises management and all service delivery)
•Excellent communication skills
•Excellent subcontractor management
•Keeping track on compliance log books.
•IOSH or NEBOSH trained
•Understanding and training in statutory compliance fire, water, electrical
•Liaison supervisors and managing opening tasks
•Excellent IT skills especially excel and outlook and capacity to update trackers
•Able to manage own workload in an organised and positive manner
•Ability to own tasks through to completion.
•Experience in PFI schools contract.
