Our team comprises personnel with the international recruitment experience to handle any size or type of project.

We recruit from regions such as Africa & South Africa, Eastern Europe, South America, India, Indonesia, the Far East, Australia and New Zealand. And supply manpower to projects not only in the UK, but also to many areas such as the Middle East, Africa, South Africa, and South America.

Every International Recruitment programme is designed to meet our client’s needs. We aim to make recruiting international candidates as cost effective as recruiting at home, using the latest technology and our extensive local contacts in the field. From advertising in appropriate markets, organising recruitment fairs, interviewing and testing, to reference and qualification checks. We offer guidance on remuneration, immigration, visas, travel, relocation and accommodation.

SkyBlue also offers a unique Candidate Aftercare Service, designed to help people adapt to working in the UK. We know that the challenge of international recruitment does not end with the placement, and SkyBlue candidates get more support both on arrival and in the longer term.
