Resignalling at Rugby

As part of the West Coast Mainline upgrade, 300 SkyBlue people re-signalled

60 miles of track stretching from Rugby to Tring. To deliver the project safely, we developed new and market leading safety, risk minimisation and training systems and provided the client with a critical zero tolerance approach to unsafe practices.

SkyBlue Rail worked closely with five alliance partners on the project plan to

co-ordinate and manage labour requirements over three years, from 2001 to 2004.  In providing continuity of management and teams we were also able to contribute to the on-time completion of the project.
