SkyBlue Rail has been established as a dedicated business to support the complex needs of our customers in the rapidly changing and highly regulated rail industry. We provide permanent and temporary people both direct to Network Rail and to its suppliers.

SkyBlue delivers local knowledge and nationwide solutions, through our network of regional Rail and Solutions branches. Each office is staffed by specialist recruitment personnel who are all professionally trained and qualified through the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC).
In addition SkyBlue is the first nationally operating firm to receive the Recruitment & Employment Confederation’s Diversity Assured Accreditation, so we are able to comply with the demanding Clause 106 of the latest Government employment legislation. Clause 106 requires companies to recruit from specific demographic or groups of people in the UK for a public sector project and demonstrate how they went about recruiting them.
Failure to comply would automatically mean the failure of a tender.
