Our Partners

SkyBlue have been busy setting up accounts and creating partnerships with many organisations that make it their business to encourage diversity in the workplace.

The benefits are therefore shared with our clients and more importantly for the people within our society who have to overcome extra barriers when searching for employment.

At SkyBlue we work hand in hand with many partners to make what we believe to be achievable - happen:

Jobcentre Plus – a government agency supporting people from welfare into work.

SkyBlue is the first employer within its sector to sign a Local Employment Partnership Agreement with Jobcentre Plus. Working with Jobcentre Plus to reduce poverty in the UK by increasing job opportunities for those disadvantages / underrepresented in the labour market Jobcentre Plus has appointed a National Account Manager to work alongside SkyBlue at both a strategic and operation level to drive this agenda forward

Shaw Trust – a national charity that provides training and work opportunities to people who are disadvantaged in the workplace due to ill health, disability or social circumstance

Remploy – An organisation that gives disabled people support to find employment.

SkyBlue is currently working with Remploy to train and place suitable candidates into the rail renewals industry. At present we have helped over 80 people with disabilities gain employment in the South Wales area. SkyBlue is now working with Remploy to replicate this partnership in other areas of the UK where there is a SkyBlue presence.

Crisis – A group fighting homelessness, empowering people, and helping people transform their lives.

Train’d Up – A specialist training organisation with a focus on re-skilling and up-skilling people.

SkyBlue recently collaborated with Trainedup to re-train and place redundant Rover and Land Rover workers into the rail industry.

BAOH – an organisation that helps homeless people to find employment and achieve independent living.
