SkyBlue have the skills to support joint ventures and alliances with an open, collaborative approach. Our in-house training team makes sure SkyBlue people are fully trained before they start work.

Then, we use a dedicated IT system to continuously monitor and assess individual performance. This ensures the best qualified people are available whenever and wherever you need them.

On a ongoing basis SkyBlue provides training for qualifications such as the National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ ‘s) for welding, and also competencies specific for the nature of the role like manual metal arc welding, repairs to switches, crossing and railhead defects.
