Career Transition Partnership

SkyBlue Reinforcements is a special programme designed in collaboration with official resettlement agencies and the Career Transition Partnership.

The programme is designed to help Service Leavers transfer into civilian careers.

With training and advice, we help convert military experience into civilian qualifications, building on skills including computing, accountancy, supply chain management and secretarial, as well as on-site and safety critical roles in construction, rail and engineering.

We can also arrange trial placements in a wide range of disciplines, funded by the Ministry of Defence (MOD), which means there are no costs for prospective employers.
