Our Partners
SkyBlue have been busy setting up initiatives and creating partnerships with many organisations that make it their business to encourage diversity in the workplace.
The benefits are therefore shared with our clients and more importantly for the people within our society who have to overcome extra barriers when searching for employment.
At SkyBlue we work hand in hand with many organisations to make what we believe to be achievable - happen:
Jobcentre Plus – a government agency supporting people of working age from welfare into work, and helping employers to fill their vacancies. We are part of the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and play a major role in supporting the Department’s aim to "promote opportunity and independence for all through modern, customer-focused services."
SkyBlue is the first employer within its sector to sign a National Employment Partnership Agreement with Jobcentre Plus.
We are working with Jobcentre Plus to reduce poverty in the UK by increasing job opportunities for those disadvantages / underrepresented in the labour market
Jobcentre Plus has appointed a National Account Manager to work alongside SkyBlue at both a strategic and operation level to drive this agenda forward.
Shaw Trust – a national charity that provides training and work opportunities to people who are disadvantaged in the workplace due to ill health, disability or social circumstance
Remploy – An organisation that gives disabled people support to find employment.
