Each office is staffed by specialist recruitment personnel who are all professionally trained and qualified through the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC).

Skyblue have the experience to advise on employment issues, recruitment and re-sourcing methods on projects of any scale, supported by a nationwide database and IT resource, in-house training team and dedicated interview facilities.
We work in three divisions
SkyBlue Solutions provides temporary and permanent labour for clients in Construction, Civil Engineering, Highways, Utilities and Business Services, including Facilities Management.
SkyBlue Rail specialises in providing qualified and well-managed rail gangs, both directly to Network Rail for rail maintenance, and to contractors working on track renewal projects. SkyBlue Rail also offers welding services, Thermat, Rail-Techpla, maintenance, repair of crossings and burning services.
Carillion Managed Service (CMS) offers a centralised recruitment resource, enabling the team to negotiate better rates with preferred suppliers, minimise risk by controlling agreed terms and conditions and reduce the amount of administration.
