CTP partnership

SkyBlue Reinforcements is a special programme designed in collaboration with official resettlement agencies and the Career Transition Partnership, to help Service leavers transfer into civilian careers.

With training and advice, we help convert military experience into civilian qualifications, building on skills including computing, accountancy, supply chain management and secretarial, as well as on-site and safety critical roles in construction, rail and engineering.

We can also arrange trial placements in a wide range of disciplines, funded by the MoD and therefore free to prospective employers.
